All reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions. The Owner does not guarantee that descriptions are free of error or suitable for a specific purpose.
Upon valid cancellation in accordance with statutory rights, the Owner shall refund all payments received from the User within 14 days, using the original method of payment.
Consumers located within the UK or EU shall benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for a minimum of two years.
Failure to implement critical updates provided by the Owner may forfeit any entitlement to remedies under such guarantee.
14.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
14.3 In no event shall the Owner's aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the User for Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Consumers may bring proceedings in their local courts as permitted by applicable law.
